Community Garden
.
Thanks to the Perennial Garden Club, our students will have a space to grow vegetables, learn about ecology and conservation, and understand how their world is impacted by nature.  The club is sponsoring a state-of-the-art garden, and its members hope to inspire the students, teachers, and the surrounding community to learn about conservation

Over the next five years, the club will work with BWS to develop a landscape design that incorporates educational opportunities.  Next comes fund-raising for the gardens and a landscape plan, and then implementing the final design. Finally, its members will plant a native magnolia tree at the school to celebrate our partnership, and to commemorate the Garden Club of America's 2013 Centennial.
